NUDE PAINTING COURSE AND CREATIVE PAINTING
The course is addressed to those who wish to improve, deepen and consolidate their artistic skills through experimentation and mixing various techniques.
The intent is to guide the student to discover his creative style and his artistic personality and to understand how to express it without any restriction.
It’s the last step for those who already have attended our Drawing and Painting courses, or for those who are in possession of the adequate competences to follow the lessons.
Acrylics, oils, industrial paints, pencils, charcoals and the materials that the student deems appropriate will be available to the class, obviously under the constant care of the professor.
The interpretation of the human figure is released from rules and technical parameters, to embrace talent and individual instinct.
In the first part of the course, there will be a model who will pose to allow the group to observe, study and practice artistically the human anatomy in all its beautiful complexity.
Initially, the poses will last long enough for the needs of the class (90/120 minutes per pose), while later the time will progressively diminish, until it reaches the maximum duration of 5/10 minutes, to give the students the opportunity to acquire manual skills and dexterity for the realization of the various sketches.
In the second part, all of the anatomical and pictorial rules established in the first one, will be demolished, to give space to the interpretation and to the creative needs of each participant, who will be motivated to represent the human body and face as they wish.
At the end of this course every student is going to realize a painting on canvas,70x100, that will represent at its best the style of his creator.
The personality of the student dominates the rules and makes him an artist.
The course is extremely practical and the theoretical parts will be constantly supported by manual exercises.
